How is shipping done?
Packages relating to the purchase of cushions are generally sent within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking.
Parcels relating to the purchase of mattresses, due to longer production times, are generally sent within 5-6 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking.
For the shipping address, take into account that:
with PayPal payment we are obliged to ship the item to the address indicated by the buyer during payment;
with other payment methods the buyer is required to inform us of the address where the item should be sent if the address is different from the billing address.
In both cases the customer is required to specify a telephone number to be communicated to the courier in case of any problems with delivery.
In the absence of a telephone number, your order may be delayed or remain pending until we are provided with the information necessary for shipping.
Even if we rely on the best couriers, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery or for any inconvenience due to force majeure.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
